- Ce plat est encore meilleur réchauffé comme dans la tradition. Donc à la fin de cuisson, ouvrir le couvercle et laisser refroidir quelques heures. Il suffit de le mettre en mode réchauffer pendant 1 heure avant de servir. Penser à retirer le bouquet garni avant de servir
- Servir avec des frites, à la belge, et de la salade. Déguster 😋
