Peler les carottes, les couper en rondelles épaisse et les ajoutés au boeuf. Ajouter le bouquet garni, les clous de girofle et le vin, couvrir le saladier et le mettre au frais pour une nuit.
- Allumer le cookeo et le mettre en mode dorer. Pendant le préchauffage égoutter la viande d'un côté, les légumes de l'autre et garder le vin pour la sauce. Quand le cookeo est chaud faire revenir les légumes, soupoudrez le bœuf de farine et quand les oignons sont dorés ajouter le bœuf fariné et le faire colorer.
- Quand le bœuf est bien coloré ajouter les lardons et les champignons bien mélanger.
- Ajoutez les 2 bouillon de bœuf, le chocolat noir, l'eau et le vin. Bien remuer pour décoller les sucs et passer en cuisson sous pression pour 40min.
- A la fin de la cuisson rectifier l'assaisonnement. Si vous trouvez la sauce liquide laisser le cookeo sur maintient au chaud et ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe de maïzena délayer dans un fond d'eau, l'ajouter à la sauce en remuant bien pendant quelques minutes pour que la sauce épaississe.
- Pour réchauffer la sauce vous pouvez allumer le cookeo et mettre le mode réchauffer pour environ 45min. Comme toutes les sauces mijotés c'est meilleur réchauffer. Bon appétit
