  7. Laisser la vapeur s'échapper puis ouvrir et assaisonner.
  8. Mixer au mixeur plongeant ou au blender.(Si la soupe n'est pas assez liquide, rajouter de l'eau et mixer à nouveau) La soupe se conservera plusieurs jours au réfrigérateur ou plusieurs mois au congélateur, il faudra bien mélanger avant de servir.
