  3. Je passe maintenant le chou-fleur au mixeur et j’ajoute le lait ainsi qu’un tour de moulin à noix de muscade. Je garde au chaud
  4. Je verse la soupe dans le fond du bol j’ajoute par-dessus la crème de poivrons et à coté les toasts tartinés de la gelée. A la dernière minute j’ajoute une pincée de zaatar.
