  4. Ajouter la crème fraîche et bien remuer, la soupe orange est prête
  5. Faire cuire les œufs de caille dans le jus de la betterave environ 10 minutes, puis enlever la coquille, ils auront une couleur proche de celle de la betterave.
  6. Ajouter les œufs dans la soupe, ils vont flotter en surface et cela donne l’impression d’avoir des yeux 👀
